Welcome to TRACE

Social and economic changes, demographic and cultural changes, technological change, globalisation, changing political structures, changes in family structure and in work organisation together impact on every aspect of our daily life.

TRACE is concerned with a central aspect of change in Europe - industrial and economic restructuring - and how trade unions can defend the interests of working men and women facing this challenge. This web site supports a project, led by a group of European trade unions. It provides information about the TRACE project itself, as well as materials and resources which will be of interest to trade union officers and representatives and more widely to others involved in these issues.
More about TRACE
